These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") apply to your use of our website located at music-fx.com, which is operated by Music FX. Your agreement with us consists of these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreement"). By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these agreements and agree to be bound by them.

Once a user has completed the payment of the subscription fee, it is deemed that the user has fully understood and accepted the service content and usage rules of this product. Based on the characteristics of virtual products in subscription services and the cost of data processing, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, regardless of whether it is due to the user's personal reasons (including but not limited to early termination of the subscription, failure to actually use the service, change of requirements, etc.) or other circumstances not caused by platform technical failures, the paid subscription fees will not be refunded.
When you create an account on Music FX, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to be responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether the password is used for our service or a third-party service. Once you discover any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
You may not use the name of another person or entity, or a name that is not lawfully available, or an offensive, vulgar, or obscene name as your username. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
In addition, you confirm that your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared with others. Sharing or allowing unauthorized access to your account by others is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
When using our service, you confirm and agree that your use is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Music FX provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the services, or the information, content, or materials contained therein. Users expressly agree that their use of the services, the content of the services, and any services or items obtained from Music FX is at their sole risk.
Music FX or any person associated with Music FX makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the services. Without limiting the foregoing, Music FX or any person associated with Music FX does not represent or warrant that the services, the content of the services, or any services or items obtained through the services will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that the services or the servers that make the services available will be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the services or any services or items obtained through the services will otherwise meet users' needs or expectations.
Music FX hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. The foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Unless prohibited by law, users will indemnify and hold Music FX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (however arising, including attorneys' fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration, or if there is a trial or appeal, related fees, whether or not a lawsuit or arbitration is filed), whether such damages are based on contract, negligence, or other tortious act, or arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury or property damage arising out of this Agreement and users' violation of any law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, even if Music FX has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
Unless prohibited by law, if Music FX is found to be liable, its liability will be limited to the fees paid for the products and/or services, and in no event will it be liable for consequential or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to users.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately terminate or suspend a user's account and deny access to the service, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to violations of the Terms and Conditions, without limitation. If a user wishes to terminate their account, they may simply stop using the service.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any failure by Music FX to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Music FX and the user with respect to the service and supersede and replace any prior agreements they may have had with respect to the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withdraw or modify the service and any services or materials provided through the service, without further notice. We will not be liable if all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may from time to time restrict users' (including registered users') access to certain parts of the service or the entire service.
